Etakeoff Free is a screen Etakeoff Free tool. It is not only just captures the screen but also gives the option to upload your captures to your host, via FTP. Etakeoff Free is free to try, but the trial version limits Etakeoff Free time and doesn't allow users to save games. The program installs Etakeoff Free icons without asking but uninstalls without issues. We recommend this program to all users.
This handy utility measures basic PC performance by installing a small Etakeoff Free in your system tray. However, the application lacks extra features, which would make it more compelling. After a quick installation, Etakeoff Free shows up in the system tray to the left of all your active programs. It displays three basic system-performance attributes for CPU usage, upstream network activity, and downstream network activity. You can choose whether you want the information displayed as a bar Etakeoff Free, a histogram, or a combination of the two. You also can configure the Etakeoff Free of each for easier analysis. Mousing over the graphics allows you to see a small readout of each attribute's performance, including the percentage of RAM in use. While we liked the ability to quickly glance at our system tray for CPU information, we don't think this basic functionality is worth even the meager $5 registration fee. Nevertheless, this app's convenient nature might win certain performance-concerned users over.
