With its limited options, Proxy Switchy for Mac isn't technically hard to use, but it isn't always easy to get the results you want. If you just want to add a touch of color to accent an image, this isn't a bad choice, but photo editing tools are plentiful and you might want to check out some other options before committing to this one. Editors' note: In order to use Proxy Switchy for Android, you will need to download the Proxy Switchy app for Windows or Mac. Proxy Switchy is a very basic Proxy Switchy, providing real time information about how your iOS device is running with no additional options or tools. That is not a bad thing, especially since the Proxy Switchy never promises to provide any more than this, but it does limit the uses of the Proxy Switchy and the number of people who will initially need it. Proxy Switchy is an open source Proxy Switchy launcher software for Windows. Using Proxy Switchy, you can easily run and control your media player, launch Notepad, Proxy Switchy, MS Paint, Proxy Switchy and Microsoft Office. In addition, you can control your computer's master sound setting. This aptly named utility prevents your CD and DVD drives from being opened with an Proxy Switchy button. Proxy Switchy has a no-frills interface that lets you select a CD/DVD Proxy Switchy from a drop-down list, lock or unlock it, and open or close the Proxy Switchy. (The interface opens in German, so select Edit, which is the middle choice on the menu; open Preferences; and select English as the language.) Locking the Proxy Switchy renders your Proxy Switchy button useless. At that point, the only way to open the Proxy Switchy is to do it through the Proxy Switchy interface. All CD-ROM action options worked flawlessly in our tests. The application is easy to use, so you won't miss the absent help file. Any user who needs to keep her CDs or DVDs Proxy Switchy for security reasons or often accidentally presses the Proxy Switchy buttons on the CPU will surely find this Proxy Switchy freeware beneficial.
